FAQS and Shipping

Where are you based?

We’re based in London, England but we ship our cute and unique Kawaii products directly from our Asian independent and artisan suppliers to all over the world. 

How does shipping work? 

We have partnered with global merchants and artisan suppliers from Asia in order to provide you with the cutest and most unusual products possible, this means that your order will be shipped directly from them. Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take anywhere from 1-5 weeks to arrive. If you’re based in USA the shipping is usually quicker at around two weeks or under. Please do not worry if it does not show up immediately, it will be on its way, we promise :) 

Unfortunately our Asian suppliers do not provide tracking numbers but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We offer international shipping options too so no matter where you are, you can always buy Cuteorama-curated products!

What if I need to return something?

We want all the products at Cuteorama to put a smile on your face and inject a big does of happiness into your life but if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase we do offer a 14 days returns policy. Please refer to our Returns page for more details. 

Multiple packages

We send your items out as fast as we can from multiple warehouses in Asia, so with multiple orders you may receive the products at different times in different parcels. Do not worry though, your other items will be winging their way to you soon too! 

Will this item get here before….?

We'd love to be able to guarantee an item will arrive by a particular date but sadly we cannot, we also can't be held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

Customs and lost products

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items. On the odd occasion your parcel may be held in customs and incur custom charges, please note, custom fees encountered during international import are not our responsibility. The buyer is still responsible for shipping fees and any return fees if our shipment is denied. Although on the rare event that your shipment does not arrive or is faulty upon arrival, please contact us at info@cuteorama.com and of course, we will help! 

Are you products animal-cruelty free? 

Yes we're a sucker for animals here at Cuteorama and all our products on our website have been handpicked and to ensure no animals have been harmed in the production process, so that means you won't find any fur, leather, wool or feathers in our products. 

Can we send in photos?

Yes please! Send in your photos of you with your Cuteorama product at info@cuteorama.com and we will post the best ones ones on our social media channels and/or our main website.
